Whether you are brand new to yoga or are a seasoned yogi, our experienced instructors will help take your practice to the next level. Your session can focus on alignment, inversions, meditation, creating your own practice, or tailoring this time to your own needs.
Connect with your body, breath and baby.
A private session catered specifically to your needs and stage in pregnancy. Through breath work, gentle stretches, and strengthening poses, you'll connect with your baby while finding peace within. This session can include your spouse (or partner/friend) and/or baby-to-be's siblings.
Ground down before the festivities begin.
Bride and Groom, bridal party, out of town guests, you choose who partakes in this one hour practice that will be tailored to your desires & experience level.
