Our Yoga Sanctuary
Connecting with the self and nature.
Our Yoga Sanctuary is a seasonal outdoor covered facility that brings nature in right alongside your practice. There is something sacred, almost spiritual, when you flow with fresh mountain air surrounded by trees and water.
Yoga isn't about being flexible.
From beginner to advanced, we offer a variety of yoga classes to suit all levels, including hatha yoga (for beginners and experienced), yin yoga, yoga nidra, prenatal yoga, kids yoga, meditation, and more.
We have mats and props, but feel free to bring your own.
Each class is $15 per person. We do have a few free and/or donation based classes throughout the year (see our workshops & events section).
Finding balance through relaxation.
The health benefits of meditation are endless, from reducing stress to improving sleep, no matter what form you choose, your mental and physical health will benefit. Experience a walking meditation around our yoga sanctuary, connecting your feet to the earth in silence. Or join us for yoga nidra, or "yogic sleep", where you will be guided into total relaxation on your mat. Some classes also offer a short guided meditation at the end of a practice, an incredible way to surrender into shavasana (final resting pose). Or check our yoga events section for meditation workshops. Your body and mind will thank you.
Yoga education grounded in nature.
Surrounded by mountains and alongside a beautiful creek, our yoga sanctuary provides an incredible setting for yoga trainings or workshops. We host yoga instructors and leaders from around the world during the summer season. Our covered, open air yoga sanctuary looks out over Cottonwood Creek, is nestled between trees and offers a beautiful walking path nearby. See our upcoming workshops and yoga events below.
