Food waste accounts for nearly 22% of greenhouse gas emissions. Learn more about how composting and recycling not only reduces the volume of waste sent to the landfill, but how it can be put to better uses instead. Guest speakers include Happy Trash Cans, Bozeman’s first composter to accept food scraps + the leaders of the “fork to farm” movement, Bodhi's Farm Manager Cameron Gustafson to discuss the farm's composting/bokashi which have created Bozeman’s first zero food waste restaurant & Poplar’s mission behind the first full-loop  smart composting bin.
