While we do provide three meals per day to our overnight guests, we are not yet open to the public. Our seasonal outdoor structure is nearly complete. Please direct all complaints to our builder (who we will not mention) and we look forward to welcoming you to the Field Kitchen as soon as possible. Stay tuned!

When the snow melts and the beautiful Montana summer begins to reveal itself, so does our seasonal outdoor farm to fork restaurant. Surrounded by mountains and trees alongside Cottonwood Creek, there couldn't be a better place to relax with your family & friends.
Sit back and relax as delicious organic food grown mostly on our property is transformed before your eyes in our wood fired oven. Come experience an authentic meal in an incredible setting.
Please note that this is an outdoor restaurant. Covered seating will be available, but if you're looking to be out of the elements, then this might not be the spot for you.
We will be open for lunch & dinner starting summer 2021 (we are not taking reservations at this time). Stay tuned for opening date!
Reconnecting with nature, in style.
While there is limited covered seating, the majority of our picnic tables are spread out on our gravel patio alongside the creek and next to our gardens. There is also a small yard for the kiddos to run around on.
We invite you to come hang out in a casual setting under a cottonwood grove next time you are itching to eat outside. We promise it is like nothing else around.
Cooking With Fire
Firing up the farm-fresh goodies.
It's no secret that we love fire. We love the texture and taste it adds to our garden fresh food. Whether it be a pizza or any of our Chef's creations, most of our meals are cooked in a wood fired oven or over an open flame.
Stay tuned for our menu as we will be announcing it shortly, but you can expect simple, organic, local delicious fare that focuses on wild game meats with an Argentinian twist.
Farm Fresh Food
Dine on the property where you food was grown.
Farm-to-table is a great trend, but if you want to see where your food came from while munching on it, we invite you to experience Bodhi. We produce the majority of our food on property and occasionally will lean on our friends and farmers in the Gallatin Valley to provide the finest ingredients available.

Our seasonal menu changes and flows with our harvests and what's in season. The below menu items always guide us, but we are creative folk and come up with some pretty delicious, fresh conceptions too.

MT White: Blend / Valo Vineyards 2016 Southern Rhone ~ a blend with edges of lemon curd, stone fruit and floral tones.
MT Rose: Blend / Valo Vineyards 2019 Columbia Valley ~ a summery Sangiovese with light tones of minerality and strawberries.
MT Red: Blend / Valo Vineyards 2015 American Blend of 2/3 Sangiovese and 1/3 Merlot, this red starts with cedar, dark cherry & peppermint.

Salmon Nicoise Salad (GF) $18
A collection of fresh green beans and other garden veggies , simple house salad of garden fresh veggies topped with your choice of dressing. Boom.
Pesto Caesar Chicken Salad $14
Fresh greens from our garden tossed with our famous Pesto Caesar dressing and served with a grilled seasoned chicken breast and toasted fresh bread.
Chimichurri Chicken Dinner $14
Seasoned grilled chicken served with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted garden veggies.
Chivito Steak Sandwich $19
Seasoned grilled steak served on a bun with prosciutto, melted provoletta, fresh garden greens, tomatoes and our house made aioli sauce.
10oz Bison New York Strip $39
Grilled to your liking and served with roasted potatoes and fresh garden greens.
All sandwiches (other than the choripan)
come with a choice of side: sea salt chips or house salad.
Bison Choripan Sandwich $12
Served on ciabatta bread with a bison brat, chappa sautéed onions, melted provoletta cheese and smothered in our homemade chimichurri sauce. Substitute the brat with grilled garden veggies if meat a'int your thing.
Gouda Grilled Cheese $13
Ciabatta bread, gooey gouda cheese, caramelized onions, prosciutto and tomatoes. Yes, it’s as gouda as it sounds.
Charcuterie Sandwich $15
Salametti, procutto, parmesan cheese, pickled peppers, fresh garden greens, aioli. Served on a ciabatta bun.
Good Ol' BLT Sandwich $11
Fresh tomatoes, garden greens, and bacon served on a ciabatta bun with our house made aioli.
Pesto Caesar Chicken Salad Wrap $12
Fresh greens from our garden wrapped up with grilled chicken and smothered in our very own house made Pesto Caesar Dressing.
OUR FARM FRESH INGREDIENTS
Much of the produce we serve is grown on site, offering you the freshest ingredients from our farm over to your table! If we have to bring it in, we use locally sourced goodies. Let's keep it local, folks!
We love Montana and want to keep it lookin' this good for future generations. By using locally sourced foods, you are helping reduce the environmental impact as your food doesn't have to travel very far to reach your plate. Local foods often retain more nutrients & taste better as they don't have to be picked before they are ripe & ready. Let's help reduce our carbon footprint & enjoy a fresh, more nutritious meal by supporting local farms and ranches.
