We are open to the public with a limited number of reservations available. For our overnight glamping guest, we will always reserve room for you but reservations are requested. Please call 406.201.1324 x 3 and we'll get ya set up!
Farm To Fork
Take a walk through the gardens your dinner came from
Sit back and relax as organic food grown on our farm is transformed into delicious creations that change with the season.
Each night we feature one dish from 6:00 to 7:30 and our beer and wine bar opens at 5:00. Scroll down to see our seasonal menu.
Come experience an authentic meal in an incredible setting.
When you can't stand to sit inside on a beautiful day.
We serve our dinners outdoors on our long picnic tables and encourage guests to gather together for the evening.
As the sun goes down, it can get chilly this time of year so please come prepared with warm coats and gear to stay comfortable. Dont worry, we light a campfire to stay warm and serve s'mores boards to roast yourself!
There is no covered seating so if you're not up for hanging out with the elements, this might not be the place for you.
We invite you to come hang out in a casual setting with a view next time you are itching to eat outside. We promise it is like nothing else around.
OUR SUMMER/FALL DINNER MENU
Our menu changes and flows with our harvests, and this seasonal menu always guides us but we are creative folk and come up with some pretty delicious, fresh conceptions too. (Food & bar menu subject to change.)
Montana Trout Nicoise Salad $28
Flathead Lake Trout laid in a bed of our own garden greens with a myriad of veggies from our gardens and topped with kalamata olives and smothered in our delicious farm made nicoise dressing.
Pesto Caesar Grilled Chicken Salad $24
Our caesar pesto sauce that we make from the basil in our gardens is showcased on this hearty salad with organic grilled chicken and garden veggies.
Burnt Carrot Arugula Salad $25
Carrots are lightly charred over fire to bring their sweetness out and paired with a grilled chicken breast over fresh arugula from our gardens tossed in a simple red wine vinaigrette and sprinkled with amalthea goat cheese.

Farm Salad $12
Our salad ranges weekly from a Caesar pesto to a beet goat cheese to a quinoa lentil feta; all featuring something from the garden or locally sourced produce (and Montana lentils!)
Veggie Choripan Sandwiches $14
Our signature Argentine open faced sandwich features fresh grilled veggies from the garden, along with sauteed onions, peppers, melted provolone cheese and our farm made chimichurri sauce.
Elk Choripan Sandwiches $16
Our signature Argentine open faced sandwich features a grilled elk brat smothered in sauteed onions, peppers, melted provolone cheese and our farm made chimichurri sauce.
Bison Cheeseburgers $19
Our local bison patties are grilled to perfection and topped with sauteed onions, peppers, bacon, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and our farm made aioli sauce on a ciabatta bun. Served with a side of roasted potatoes. (Veggie burger option, please request upon booking the reservation.)
Chimichurri Grilled Chicken $26
Grilled organic chicken served with our cheesy smashed potatoes along with grilled garden veggies and covered in our famous farm made chimichurri sauce.
Grass Fed Steak $40
Depending on local ranch availability, we serve either grass fed ribeyes or New York strip steaks grilled to your preference. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, grilled garden veggies and a side of our farm made chimichurri.

We harvest wild mint from our farm to create this refreshing cuban creation.

Blend / Valo Vineyards 2016 Southern Rhone ~ a blend with edges of lemon curd, stone fruit and floral tones.
House Rose $9
Blend / Valo Vineyards 2019 Columbia Valley ~ a summery Sangiovese with light tones of minerality and strawberries.
House Red $9
Blend / Valo Vineyards 2015 American Blend of 2/3 Sangiovese and 1/3 Merlot, this red starts with cedar, dark cherry & peppermint.
Huckleberry Lemonade $4
The best things are the simplest. We blend montana huckleberry juice with organic lemon juice, sugar and water.
Ice Tea $3
Few things are as refreshing on a hot day than a cold glass of freshly brewed iced tea.

Much of the produce we serve is grown on site, offering you the freshest ingredients from our farm over to your table! If we have to bring it in, we use locally sourced goodies whenever possible. Let's keep it local, folks!
We love Montana and want to keep it lookin' this good for future generations. By using locally sourced foods, you are helping reduce the environmental impact as your food doesn't have to travel very far to reach your plate. Local foods often retain more nutrients & taste better as they don't have to be picked before they are ripe & ready.
