Yoga Shala
Our seasonal yoga shala is a creekside tipi.
Our Yoga Shala is a seasonal outdoor covered facility that brings nature in right alongside your practice. There is something sacred, almost spiritual, when you flow with fresh mountain air surrounded by trees and water. Depending on the weather, the tipi sides will be open for warm sunny days and closed down on colder days. Our heated floor system allows for a warm practice no matter the weather. Space is limited so please register in advance. Classes run June 5th-September 30th.

Tanya earned all of her 600hr certifications in Costa Rica (2011-2012), where most of the inspiration of Bodhi Farms was born. She subs on occasion, and is certified in prenatal & children's yoga.

Caitlin has been guiding students back home to themselves through intentional movement, breath, and deep rest for 16 years. Her work is rooted in the practice of stillness — through yin yoga, slow vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, reiki, and sound healing.

Alice has been practicing for the past 6 years and completed her 200hr with Nico Hurley at Spire Yoga. Focusing on a mind to body connection, she encourages class to feel authentic to one’s body. She offers creative Vinyasa flows complimented with guided opening breath work and closing postures. All levels welcome.
