ORGANIC + SUSTAINABLE
Our annual production gardens and perennial permaculture food forests serve two primary purposes. First, we generate a significant portion of produce for our farm to table restaurant and secondly, we have beautiful cut flowers and organic garlic available to our customers.
Our Food Forests produce fruits including apples, pears and plumbs as well as a variety of berries including red and black currents, gooseberry, elderberry and more. Our perennial herbs include sage, rosemary, chives.
Our greenhouse and hoop house produce cut flowers, annual herbs, tomatoes, salad greens and peppers.
Our annual production gardens primarily focus on garlic, onions, carrots, kale, pumpkins & squash.
