FARM TO TABLE WILD GAME DINING

Our Field Kitchen restaurant is open to the public and offers an incredibly authentic dining experience year around. Our menu combines indigenous game such as elk, venison, pheasant, bison, duck and rattlesnake with locally sourced produce from our farm and surrounding gardens. We believe that cooking over fire with simple, fresh ingredients is the best way to connect with food. 

 

During the summer months, we are located in our outdoor creekside patio situated between our gardens and waterfall. During the winter and shoulder months, we relocate to a giant heated tipi that provides a cozy, intimate setting for our culinary creations.
