HOSPITALITY TEAM

Seasonal Guest Concierge (3 POSITIONS OPEN)

This summer season, we are looking for five awesome people to be our front desk team. Under the leadership of our Hospitality Manager, our Concierge team welcomes guests to our property, takes care of their check-ins, check-outs and other needs. They tend to the glamping and wellness areas, turning over rooms, washing laundry, caring for the sauna, yoga shala and massage tipi. Whether you are looking to grow your eco-hospitality resume or just spend a Montana summer outdoors on a beautiful property with good people, let us know if you think it is something you would be excited about. SPA & WELLNESS TEAM

Yoga Instructors (3 POSITIONS OPEN)

Are you a yoga instructor with a strong connection with the outdoors? We are always looking to add talented yogis to our amazing team of instructors. Our Yoga Shala is a tipi alongside our creek with the elements very present. If you are only comfortable with indoor yoga, we may not be a good fit for you. Yoga classes run from May through October. Massage Therapists (2 POSITIONS OPEN)

Our Spa Tipi has grown in notoriety for providing an amazing and unique massage experience. The setting is unfairly beautiful and requires therapists that are in tune with nature and who are able to create an equally magical experience for our guests. RESTAURANT & EVENTS TEAM​

Hosts (POSITIONS FILLED)

We are looking to grow our team of Field Kitchen Hosts with both full time and part time positions available. This team works together to take and deliver people’s orders as well as bartending and exposition. In the summers we have our outdoor patio open and in the winter we have our heated Nordic tipi set up. Opportunities for earning extra money working catered events available as well. This team consists of both seasonal and year-round full and part time positions. Apply below.

Servers (POSITIONS FILLED)

Come spend a season on our Front of House team, ensuring best in class service to our restaurant and event dining guests. This team works together to take in good weather and bad to deliver people’s orders, care for their needs, buss tables and clean. CULINARY TEAM

Chef (1 POSITION OPEN)

We are looking for a great Chef to grow with our wild game farm-to-table restaurant, overseeing the kitchen operations for our popular dinners and our on-site event catering. Getting to work with our farm produce and participate in the harvests is an amazing part of this job. During the summer months, most cooking takes place in our outdoor Field Kitchen; the colder months in our kitchen connected to the heated tipi dining room. We are an outdoor restaurant, so we are looking for folks that love the outdoors. This is a year-round position. Apply below.

Seasonal Line Cooks (3 POSITIONS OPEN)

We are excited to start taking applications for Line Cooks this season! This team of 4 executes on our wild game farm to table dinners under the direction of the Chef and Sous Chef. During the summer season, all dinners are cooked outdoors, so if you are looking for an indoors job, this might not be the place for you.  Full and part time positions available from June through September. Seasonal Culinary Intern (1 POSITION OPEN)

We are looking for someone looking to take a first step into food and beverage operations. Come learn from our chefs as you help in the harvesting and preparation of food as well as washing dishes and farm chores... learning the ropes. This is a part time position from June through September. Apply below.

Seasonal Event Cook (2 POSITIONS OPEN)

We are looking for two seasonal event cooks that want to spend a summer cooking outdoors for catered events. Learn about cooking outdoors, smoking meats and catering amazing events. These are part time positions from June through September. Apply below.

FARM & GARDEN TEAM

 

Farm Manager (POSITION FILLED)

We are on the lookout for someone great to be the steward of our farm… First and foremost someone that is passionate about landscaping with a desire to run a permaculture farm and gardens. Continually enhancing permaculture food forests, being responsible for 4 acres of production gardens as well as the farm animals that currently consist of 30 chickens and a few seasonal lambs and pigs. Not scared of getting their hands dirty as they manage our zero food waste composting program, recycling program and trash collection. A handyman that takes responsibility for all maintenance projects and requests, finding opportunities to improve the little things in thoughtful ways. Someone creative with an eye for detail that would be passionate about continually enhancing and beautifying a very special piece of property. Someone that is willing to handle snow removal in the winter months and able to hire and lead a seasonal team of four people to handle all of these responsibilities. Think you have what it takes? Land Steward (1 POSITION FILLED)

Are you looking for a summer job outdoors? We are looking for a team of three people who love landscaping but who want to focus on one piece of property to beautify and showcase it. If this sounds like a good fit, consider joining our Land Steward team. Duties include overseeing all landscaping maintenance, mowing and edging, event set up support and breakdown, farm chores, caring for farm animals and more. Senior Garden Steward (POSITION FILLED)

Are you looking for a job with a strong connection to the land in a beautiful place? A place set in a sprawling farm that grows much of its own produce and focuses on sustainability and creating a truly authentic experience for guests? If so, consider our Garden Steward position; duties include overseeing our production gardens under the supervision of our Farm Manager. A successful candidate will have experience in organic vegetable production and an enthusiasm for playing an important role with a high level of responsibility. Garden Steward (1 POSITION OPEN)

This exciting summer job provides the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Montana summer outdoors while playing an integral role in our gardens. Enjoy a strong connection to the land in a beautiful place, grow your skills and experiences as you support the Senior Garden Steward and Farm Manager in all gardening tasks, providing fresh organic food to our restaurant patrons and community alike. CAMP BODHI TEAM

 

Camp Director (1 POSITION OPEN)

The Camp Director runs the day to day operations of our highly popular summer kids camp for 8 weeks mid June through mid August (with the week of July 13th off). Working with children ages 6-11 years old (entering 1st-5th grades) focusing on outdoor education. Our Camp Director adheres to our amazing syllabus, but brings their experience and input to make it a little better each year. Responsible for implementing all camp activities on the farm, overseeing transitions to and from scheduled events and lessons, and facilitating and participating in group activities as well as managing a seasonal team of Counselors and responding to incidents like behavioral problems or accidents. This is a seasonal full time position mid June through mid August. Apply below.

Camp Counselors (3 POSITIONS OPEN)

Looking for a fun outdoor summer job mid June through mid August? Working with children ages 6-11 years old (entering 1st-5th grades) focusing on outdoor education. Our Counselors will be responsible for running all camp activities on the farm, overseeing transitions to and from scheduled events and lessons, and facilitating and participating in group activities as well as responding to incidents like behavioral problems or accidents.
