Farmers Market Vendors

“A garden requires patient labor and attention. Plants do not grow merely to satisfy ambitions or to fulfill good intentions. They thrive because someone expended effort on them.”

- Liberty Hyde Bailey

Thursdays, 5pm-8pm, June-Sept

Our third annual Farmers Market starts this summer!  We feature live music, local vendors, and farm-to-table dining at our summer market at Bodhi Farms. See below for vendor information & application.

THURSDAYS FROM 5pm-8pm THROUGHOUT THE 2023 SEASON:

Our first market will be held on Thursday June 15th from 5-8pm

Join us for community fun, good food, local vendors, and live music... all in the beautiful setting of our farm.

We are located south of Bozeman on South Cottonwood Road. Our property features views of the Gallatin Mountains and Cottonwood Creek, offering a great outdoor space to gather and enjoy summer evenings in the Gallatin Valley.

MARKET DETAILS & FAQ'S:

Our Farmers Market will be stationed near our new Patio Field Kitchen Restaurant along the creek, with a menu featuring garden fresh apps, salads & sandwiches, including the chimichurri sandwich which is a fan favorite!  We are mindful of our waste here at Bodhi and will provide recycling and compost containers. We encourage you to bring your own bag for your purchases. Dogs will not be allowed at the market (we do love our furry friends but to make it the best experience for all customers and vendors we ask that you leave your pooch at home). Drinking water is available & we are planning to host the market rain or shine! This is an outdoor event.

INTERESTED IN BECOMING A VENDOR?

We are currently accepting market vendor applications for the 2023 season.  Please complete the Vendor Application on this Google Form.  We will be in touch soon to confirm dates. We have room for 10-12 vendors at each market; each vendor will be assigned a spot along the creek. All vendors must be compliant with Gallatin County’s farmers market guidelines, meaning you must have proof of your current vendor license/registration (see below for more details) A market vendor fee of $10 per week will be charged and collected upon arrival to the market. A limited number of kids’ booths are allowed at the market, and a lesser vendor fee of $5 per week will be charged. (Come to 10 markets and get your money back! Details below.)

FURTHER DETAILS & FAQ's FOR VENDORS:
Fill out application via the listed google form for the dates you desire to participate in the market (you only have to fill out the form once).
Wait to hear back from our Bodhi team via email or phone call to let you know if your application has been accepted for each desired date.

If your vendor application is accepted, arrive between 2:30 and 4:30pm on market day to set up your booth. We require that you are fully set up no later than 4:30pm in order to ensure the best customer experience.

Will I receive a response to my application and when can I expect the response?
