Our Yoga Sanctuary is a seasonal outdoor covered facility that brings nature in right alongside your practice. There is something sacred, almost spiritual, when you flow with fresh mountain air surrounded by trees and water.
From beginner to advanced, we offer a variety of yoga classes to suit all levels and ages. See the bio on our incredible teachers below. To see our weekly class schedule and workshops, click here. You will be directed to WellnessLiving, our online scheduling system. You will need to create an account in order to sign our waiver the first time; this is done easily through your laptop or computer. You can also download the app for ease of future bookings.
SCHEDULE: Our current schedule is as follows (we will close down the Yoga Shala on November 1st for the winter)

PRICING: When you attend a yoga class at Bodhi Farms, you also have access to our serene meditation park by the creek before or after class; to reflect, read, journal, meditate, or just BE in the presence of nature.

FAMILY YOGA: Move, breathe and connect with our family yoga class! Ideal for parents or caregivers & kids ages 6 - 12. Please bring your own mat and full water bottle.
HEALTHY AGING WITH YOGA: Practicing yoga helps us age with strength and grace. As yoga impacts our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. The art and science of Healthy Aging with Yoga, based on the five pillars of Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Agility and Equanimity, includes: practicing safely with alignment principles; engaging the relaxation response and stress release with deep, even breathing; improving range of motion through moving the body in every direction; and, increasing accessibility with individual modifications.
KIDS YOGA: Come breathe in the outdoor air and play! This kids yoga class is creative, educational and fun. We will explore different yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness practice that is simple and approachable for kids. Classes are separated by age: 5-9 years; 10-15 years.
LEVEL 1 FLOW AND MEDITATION: A lovely way to wind the weekend down and be ready for the week ahead. This class is perfect for the beginner yogi or those who want a grounding, slow flow along with a guided meditation by the creek.
MULTI-LEVEL YOGA: connecting the breath (pranayama) with the poses (asanas). Level 1 (L1) is geared towards the beginners and is an easy, flow. Level 2 (L2) offers students a variety of options to make their practice easier or more challenging. The L2 class will move at a faster pace than L1; beginners are encouraged to attend L1 classes.
SLOW FLOW: This slower paced flow puts a little heat in the body to warm the muscles so we can take it slow and mellow for the duration of class. Long shavasana included.
VINYASA: an energetic flow connecting movement and breath.
VIN YIN: This is a combination of vinyasa and yin. First we'll flow through a variety of vinyasa style sequences, focusing on intuitive movement, mindful breathing, and anatomical cueing. After building some heat, we'll slow it down for the second half, holding poses for minutes at a time to stretch into the deeper connective tissues of the body.
YIN YOGA: a still, passive practice in which the poses are held for an extended period of time. This practice targets the deep muscle tissue and fascia in the body, allowing you to release tension, stretch stubborn muscles, and let your mind empty.
YOGA FOR WELL-BEING: Powerful yet gentle blend of aligned movement, mindful meditation, and deep relaxation. At times, focus and integrating specific Chakras. Strengthen your body, quiet your mind, and soothe your soul. Practices will be tailored to those in attendance.
YOGA NIDRA: also known as "yogic sleep", this form of meditation is said to bring you to the space between being awake and being asleep. You will set up in savasana, making your body warm and comfortable, and then be guided through a yoga nidra meditation. All you have to do is listen. (This class may include some gentle movement before the nidra practice.)
