CLASS SCHEDULE: COMING 2020
From beginner to advanced, we offer a variety of yoga classes to suit all of our guests including hatha yoga, power yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, prenatal yoga, kids yoga, and more. See the bio on our incredible teachers below.
HATHA YOGA: connecting the breath (pranayama) with the poses (asanas). Level 1 (L1) is geared towards the beginners and is an easy, flow. Level 2 (L2) offers students a variety of options to make their practice easier or more challenging. The L2 class will move at a faster pace than L1; beginners are encouraged to attend L1 classes.
YIN YOGA: a slow-paced style of yoga to help access deeper layers of fascia, students hold the poses for up to 5 minutes at a time (less if you are a beginner).
YOGA NIDRA: the ultimate in relaxation, this “yogic sleep” is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. The body is completely relaxed through this guided relaxation.
PRENATAL YOGA: an incredible way to connect with your baby through gentle movement and breath work. Supporting moms-to-be emotionally and physically.
MOMMY & ME: come and flow with your little one(s); the Babies classes are geared towards the non-crawlers and the tots are for the movers and shakers (up to 2 years).
KIDS YOGA: quite a bit different than adult focused classes, these age-appropriate classes are designed to teach children to find inner peace through movement, relaxation, music, and fun. Classes are separated by age: 2-4 years; 5-8 years; 9-12 years and 13-18 years.
