About the event
An incredible outdoor dining experience with one of Montana's finest chefs. Dine under the big sky near our beautiful gardens. Chef Austin will feature an Argentinian meal themed "Tierra & Brasas" over an open fire featuring locally produced fruits, vegetables and lamb. Due to the nature of this outdoor event, we will not be able to accommodate allergies and/or dietary restrictions. There are no discounts or separate menus for children at this particular event. Gratuity is not included; however cash gratuities will be accepted at the event should you choose to do so. The menu is now available at the link below and is priced at $90 per person (gratuity not included). Payment will be required prior to the event through our website. Please dress for the occasion as this is rain or shine event; we will be under a tent if it rains. No refunds, but you can transfer your seat to someone else. We look forward to seeing you there!
About Chef Austin Brown
Chef Austin Brown is owner and chef of Researched & Developed, a private event and catering business here in Bozeman. He has recently opened up The Bozeman Supper Club, an intimate dining venue in downtown Bozeman. Chef Brown creates incredible meals through the use of the finest local and regional ingredients, with an emphasis on sustainability. He is passionate about helping grow our local culinary community while creating unforgettable experiences that will both amaze and inspire.
