$50 per adult and $10 per child (10 years and under)

Marinated Montana Wagyu Skirt Steak (Or Crispy Locally Sourced Chicken Thigh)
Crispy Roasted potatoes and Onions, Fresh Herbs, Charred Wild Mushrooms, Smoked Chimichurri, and a Citrus and Arugula Salad.
House Made Chapa Bread
Leavened Bread Made with Local Flour Baked Over an Open Fire. Served with Scratch Made Herbed Cultured Butter.
Slow Roasted Pineapple
Basil Chantilly Cream, Fresh Mint, Crushed Pistachios, Sumac, and Grapefruit Cream Anglaise.
For the Kids
Crispy Local Chicken Thighs
Sautéed Summer Squash and Zucchini with Fresh Fruit.
