Do you find yourself inexplicably reaching for food when you're not physically hungry? Do you sometimes feel a sense of emptiness and lack of clarity as to how to feel satiated? When sweet treats are around, is there fear that if you take just one bite you'll never stop eating? Actions and reactions to food can reveal how we are relating to ourselves. In this workshop, we will delve into the top reasons why we crave food and how to more effectively navigate urges when they arise to feel more empowered in life. This is an online event.
About the Guide: Stephanie Mara Fox has her Masters Degree in Body Psychotherapy. She is also a certified Health Coach, Mind Body Eating Coach, Yoga Instructor and has been published in the International Body Psychotherapy Journal on Cultivating A Relationship With The Gut Brain. She has supported individuals for the past 10 years with weight and body image issues, emotional eating, inflammation, digestive issues, and creating peace around old wounds. She is passionate about supporting others in feeling empowered, vibrant, and nourished physically and emotionally in their lives.
